We will confirm the closest available time on the same date, and we will also book a magnificent lunch or dinner (following your visit to the Accademia Gallery, depending on confirmed time and in any case not before 3 hours from the entrance time to the Gallery) at the new Hard Rock Cafe Florence, where you will be served the Silver Menu, included in the cost of the reservation. ATTENTION: You will receive a voucher for the museum and a voucher for the restaurant; you must print both. The Accademia Gallery voucher must be shown at the reservations cashier of the museum, 15 minutes before confirmed time; maximum delay allowed is 15 minutes; further delays will cause the reservations not to be honored. The Hard Rock Cafe Voucher must be shown to the Host Stands at the restaurant. If you have a delay for the restaurant, you are requested to contact them to the phone number indicated on the voucher BEFORE reserved time. PLEASE NOTE: Table reservation is "Skip the line" kind; this means you will have the priority in the waiting list, getting the first available table at you arrival. Accademia Gallery Admission: available for a maximum of 25 people every 15 minutes, reserving at least 1 business day in advance. Accademia Gallery Audioguides rental service: Audioguides are available in English, Italian, French, German and Spanish. Audioguides have a complete duration of 75 minutes. The service offers a selection of the most important works of art of the Gallery; user chooses the desired room and listens to the explanation of selected works of that room. You will receive a confirmation voucher (valid only for the audioguide) together with the confirmation voucher of your visit to the museum. In order to pick the audioguide up, please deposit this voucher at the Audioguides Desk - bookshop, placed in front of the ticket counter - along with a valid identity document (accepted only originals passports, identity cards or car license). In case of loss or failure to return the audioguide, visitor will be requested to pay the cost (€ 250.00 per each audioguide). Please read all the Ordering Information before completing your order.
