The Accademia, however, also houses other beautiful works of art. Don’t waste your time, make the most of your visit to Florence! Available as follows: from April to October: everyday at 10am followed by the tour of the city at 3:30pm. from November to March: on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 10am followed by the tour of the city at 2:30pm. Meeting points: Visit to the Accademia Gallery: In front of the main entrance of the Accademia Gallery. Please look for our assistant holding a panel advertising our tour. Tour of the city: Piazza della Signoria, at the statue of Cosimo de' Medici on horse back. Participants are requested to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of all tours Languages: English and Spanish; other languages upon request. Duration: 3 hours (4 hours and a half in case of double language) Inclusions: Licensed guide Headsets Entrance ticket and reservation fee Cancellation Policy: All client cancellations must arrive in writing up to 7 days before the booked date of the tour to be reimbursed free of charge. If you cancel 7 to 3 days before the date, you will be charged 30% of the total fee. Further cancellations imply no refund possible. No reimbursements for clients arriving late, for clients who get separated from the group during the visit, or who do not complete the visit. In case of cancellation of a tour by the tour operator for reasons of force majeure, clients will only be reimbursed for the amount paid for the tour. Tour operator is not responsible for any additional costs in connection with the reimbursement.
