Mantua Ducal Palace

Admire Mantua Ducal Palace without queueing up! Ducal Palace of Mantua is a complex of buldings, built between the beginning of the 14th century and the 17th, the period of decline of the Gonzaga rule. The complex is formed by about 500 rooms and covers a surface of almost 34,000 square meters. Ticket allows the complete visit to the Ducal Palace, including Castel San Giorgio with the Bridal Chamber, the Old Court and the art collection Romano Freddi.

Reservations must be made with a minimum of 1 day notice. Save time in ordering! Add into your basket all the museum tickets you want, then fill the form and send the request. Before making your reservation, please, read the Ordering Informations IMPORTANT NOTICE: After succesfully completing a reservation, you will receive two e- mails: the copy of your order (immediately after submitting your order) and the confirmation mail (one working day after). PLEASE NOTICE: Confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; museum automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out. ATTENTION: the morning of the visit, before museum opening, tickets are printed in the ticket office, and after this refund for no shows is no longer possible. Opening hours: From Tuesday to Sunday from 08:45 to 19:15, last entrance at 18:30. Closure: January 1st, May 1st, December 25th. Visits: From November 2nd to March 30th: Only visit with escort. It is included the escort of security staff, that for free and at their discretion will be able to provide explanations during the basic visit. During the visit, however, are present informative posters. Departure each 15 minutes or when 30 people number is reached. Visit lasts 1 hour and a half. It is also possible to book an audioguide (in Italian, English, Deutsch and French) for the escorted visit. From March 31st to November 1st: Free visit, with or without audioguide (Italian, English, Deutsch and French) Frin February 28th, ticket includes an accompanied visit to the Prisons Cancellation Policy: For cancellations once a confirmation code has been assigned to the reservation, up to 2 business days before the date of the visit, we can refund cost of unused tickets minus service fee (reservation fee and online booking fee). For further cancellations and no shows, no refund is possible.
