Pick up: Audio guide desk Duomo di Milano (Piazza Duomo) during the following hours: middle of March to end of October: 10:00 am - 4:30 pm from November to middle of March: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm only on Monday, Saturday, long weekends and holidays. Please note: closing may occur without previous notice for masses, concerts and extraordinary events. Available in 9 languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese and Portuguese. Duration: 45 minutes.   Cancellation Policy: Once a confirmation code has been assigned to your reservation, we can refund the cost of unused tickets, also for no shows, minus a service fee (reservation fee and online booking fee).
